She has suffered with her own set of severe autoimmune issues--Lyme, Epstein Barr, Hashimotos, celiac, Lupus, C-diff, Reynaud's, ulcerative colitis, Addison's disease, diverticulitis, depression-- before finding a carnivore way of eating that has greatly improved her health. Now, she wants to help others achieve health and wellness.
